KLOUDIP Security Seal

KLOUDIP Installation Security Seal – Terms & Conditions

This security seal protects KLOUDIP-installed equipment against unauthorized access, removal or tampering. Damage to or removal of the seal may affect the applicable equipment warranty and/or refundable deposit.

Purpose of the Security Seal

The KLOUDIP security seal is applied to equipment, wiring, enclosures, connectors, or other installation components to identify unauthorized access, removal, modification, or tampering.

Do Not Remove or Damage

The seal must not be removed, peeled, cut, punctured, covered, transferred, altered, or intentionally damaged by the customer, vehicle owner, driver, third-party technician, or any unauthorized person.

Warranty/Deposit Void

If the security seal is missing, damaged, tampered with, altered, or shows evidence of removal, the applicable equipment warranty and/or refundable equipment deposit may become void, subject to KLOUDIP's applicable service, rental, subscription, or equipment terms.

Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications

Customers should not open, repair, relocate, disconnect, modify, or permit third parties to work on sealed KLOUDIP equipment or associated installation components without prior authorization from KLOUDIP.

Vehicle Repairs and Maintenance

If vehicle servicing, electrical repairs, body repairs, battery replacement, accessory installation, or other work requires disturbing the KLOUDIP installation or seal, the customer should contact KLOUDIP before the work is performed.

Accidental Damage

If a seal is accidentally damaged, the customer should notify KLOUDIP promptly. KLOUDIP may inspect the installation and replace the seal. Accidental damage does not necessarily mean that the warranty/deposit will automatically be forfeited if KLOUDIP is satisfied that no unauthorized tampering occurred.

Inspection Rights

KLOUDIP may inspect the equipment and installation where tampering, unauthorized modification, damage, disconnection, or seal interference is suspected before determining warranty or deposit eligibility.

Costs Caused by Tampering
