You must be a qualified individual, auto garage, or vehicle audio/electronics installation service provider with the necessary technical capability and legal authorization to perform vehicle installations.

KLOUDIP reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

As a KLOUDIP Authorized Installer, you agree to:

- Adhere strictly to KLOUDIP’s installation guidelines and safety standards.

- Complete the KLOUDIP Hardware Registration Form after each installation.

- Ensure accurate and timely submission of installation details for product activation.

- Provide professional service and support to customers in line with industry standards.

- Accept direct payment for installation services from customers; KLOUDIP does not act as a payment intermediary.

Failure to follow KLOUDIP’s instructions, misrepresentation, or substandard installation practices may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from the installer program.

You consent to the collection, use, and publication of your business contact details, service areas, and ratings on KLOUDIP’s platforms. All personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

KLOUDIP shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your installation services. Installers act as independent service providers, not agents or employees of KLOUDIP.

KLOUDIP reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued participation will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
