Role Overview
As the Head of Administration, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing administrative operations across the organization while supporting leadership in executing day-to-day business functions.
This role requires a highly organized, tech-savvy individual who is comfortable working in a modern digital environment and coordinating with both local and international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Leadership
- Oversee and manage all administrative functions of the organization
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across departments
- Develop and improve administrative processes and systems
Operational Support
- Support senior management with coordination of business activities
- Manage internal communication and administrative workflows
- Assist in organizing company-level initiatives, meetings, and events
Technology & Systems
- Utilize and manage digital tools and platforms (ERP, communication tools, reporting systems)
- Drive adoption of structured, system-driven administrative processes
- Ensure efficient use of internal platforms and tools
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with internal teams including operations, finance, and technical departments
- Liaise with international partners and stakeholders where required
- Maintain clear and professional communication across all levels
Candidate Profile
Required
- Degree or professional qualification in Business Management, Administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- High level of digital literacy and comfort with technology platforms
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a structured manner
Preferred
- Experience working with or supporting international or foreign-based companies
- Exposure to technology-driven environments (SaaS, IT, or digital platforms)
- Experience in administrative leadership or senior coordination roles
