Role Overview
As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and visiting prospective customers, introducing KLOUDIP's technology solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and generating new business opportunities.
Your primary focus will be promoting the TRAZET platform while also introducing customers to KLOUDIP's complete portfolio of telematics, logistics, and IoT solutions.
This is an ideal role for individuals who enjoy meeting customers, building relationships, and being rewarded for outstanding sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Visit prospective customers daily to introduce KLOUDIP solutions
- Generate new sales opportunities through direct customer engagement
- Build relationships with fleet owners, transport operators, logistics companies, and other businesses
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets
Product Promotion
Promote KLOUDIP's technology solutions including:
- TRAZET Fleet Management Platform
- EPORT Transport Management System
- GOFER Corporate Mobility Platform
- HAZER IoT Monitoring Platform
- Related GPS devices, sensors, and value-added services
Sales Activities
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the sales support team
- Follow up on leads and close new business opportunities
Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with customers
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records using CRM systems
- Coordinate with technical and customer operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Candidate Profile
Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for sales and customer engagement
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets
- Ability to build relationships and identify business opportunities
- Valid motorcycle or driving licence
- Willingness to travel daily to customer locations
Preferred
- Experience in field sales, business development, or B2B sales
- Experience selling technology, SaaS, telecom, GPS, fleet management, or industrial products
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or a related field
